To deliver workforce automation and intelligence services, we process the following categories of data:

• Account & Profile Details: Full name, professional work email address, phone number, designated department, employee identification code, and company affiliation.
• Attendance & Verification Data: Check-in and check-out timestamps, shift logs, geofencing verification coordinates (collected strictly during clock-in events where enabled by your employer), and dynamic QR verification codes.
• Payroll & Financial Information: Basic salary structure records, allowance metrics, deduction categories, and generated payslips as processed by your organization’s administrative team.
• Device & Telemetry Data: IP addresses, operating system version, device identifiers for multi-factor push notifications, and network latency logs.

3. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation & Security

Our architecture implements strict logical multi-tenant database isolation. Each organization’s workforce data is segregated via dedicated tenant keys. We employ 256-bit AES encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 transit encryption, cryptographic Ed25519 signatures for Digital ID cards, and zero-trust API credential gating.

4. How We Use and Share Information

We process personal data solely to fulfill authorized workforce management purposes requested by your employer:

• Facilitating verified punch-in/out and shift adherence.
• Processing approved leave requests, travel reimbursements, and automated payslip generation.
• Delivering contextual AI Copilot insights strictly confined to your company’s localized workspace.
• Zero Data Selling: We never sell, rent, or monetize your personal details or corporate data to third-party advertisers or brokers.

5. Data Retention & Right to Deletion

You possess the legal right to request complete erasure of your account and personal records. If you wish to delete your account, you can submit a deletion request directly within the mobile application settings or visit our dedicated Account Deletion Portal.
