1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the Peovra AI platform, web portals, APIs, or mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable federal and international regulations. If you represent an organization, you affirm that you have the corporate authority to bind said entity to these terms.

2. Authorized Workspace Usage

Access to Peovra AI is provisioned either via client-managed enterprise servers or cloud-hosted multi-tenant instances:

• Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and authentication tokens.
• Employees must register accurate biometric or location-verified punch records without falsification or GPS spoofing.
• Organizations retain full proprietary ownership of their corporate employee rosters, policies, and internal payslip generation schemas.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users and organizations agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models and algorithms of our AI Copilot engine.
• Circumvent multi-tenant boundary checks or access peer organization databases.
• Transmit malicious software, unauthorized crawlers, or denial-of-service scripts to Peovra infrastructure.

4. Service Availability & SLA

We target 99.9% uptime for core enterprise attendance logging and API endpoints. Maintenance windows are announced in advance. Enterprise and private server clients are responsible for maintaining suitable database replication and backup schedules on self-managed infrastructure.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable enterprise commercial law. For contractual agreements, disputes, or custom SLA inquiries, reach out to legal@peovra.com.
